Can I personalize a notebook?

Yes. Selected BLASCA notebooks and sketchbooks can be personalized with a name, short message or decorative design. Personalization options may vary depending on the product.

I have a new design in mind. Can BLASCA create it?

Yes, we would love to hear your idea. You can send us your concept, reference image, sketch or description through WhatsApp before placing your order.

We will review the idea and confirm whether it can be produced, along with the final price and estimated preparation time. Production begins only after the design details are agreed upon.

Can I see the personalized design before production?

For fully custom requests, we can provide a digital design preview for your approval when necessary. Once you approve the design and production begins, further changes might not be possible.

How do I submit my personalization details?

You can contact us through WhatsApp for more detailed or fully custom requests.

Please check all names and wording carefully before confirming your order. BLASCA will engrave the information exactly as submitted and approved.

How long does preparation take?

Preparation time depends on the product, quantity and level of personalization. Ready designs are generally prepared faster than completely custom orders.

We will confirm the estimated preparation time when your order and design details are finalized.

Are the notebook pages blank or lined?

Our A5 wooden journals are available with either blank or lined pages. You can select your preferred paper type on the product page before adding the journal to your cart.

The personalized A4 sketchbook contains blank pages suitable for drawing, colouring, doodling and creative projects.

What are the notebook dimensions?

Our wooden journals are A5 size, approximately 14.8 × 21 cm.

Our personalized wooden sketchbook is A4 landscape format, offering more space for drawing and creative activities.

How many pages are included?

Our A5 wooden journals include 80 sheets, providing 160 usable pages.

Our personalized A4 sketchbook includes 20 sheets, providing 40 usable pages.

Can I request a completely custom design?

Yes. We accept custom-design requests subject to production feasibility.

Send your idea through WhatsApp, including any names, wording, preferred theme, reference images or sketches. We will review the request and confirm the design, price and estimated preparation time before production.

Will the finished product look exactly like the online image?

We carefully reproduce each approved design. However, wood is a natural material, so grain, shade and engraving appearance can vary slightly from one product to another. These natural variations make every BLASCA piece unique.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

Can I change or cancel a personalized order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Changes may be possible only before design approval or production begins.

Once a personalized product has entered production, it cannot normally be changed or cancelled.

Do you deliver throughout Lebanon?

Yes, we deliver to locations throughout Lebanon. Delivery charges and available options are displayed or confirmed during checkout.

Free delivery is available for qualifying orders over $50.

Can I order a BLASCA product as a gift?

Yes. BLASCA notebooks and sketchbooks make meaningful gifts for birthdays, graduations, teachers, students and other special occasions.

Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
